CODE OF ETHICS
Every member of the Guild shall
 | Contribute to the advancement of the profession through development and support of Guild Standards |
| Maintain and enhance the reputation of the Guild and its membership |
| Observe the highest standards of integrity in all transactions |
| Protect the interests of customers |
| Make every effort to resolve disputes with customers in an amicable, fair and speedy manner |
| Promote its membership of the Guild only whilst a current member |
| Recognise the authority of the Guild Executive in all matters relating to the interpretation of this Code and of Guild Standards |
